Help WoF quest 3

JutyjessafgJutyjessafg Member Posts: 45
I’m done with quest 2, but I don’t know who to pick for quest 3 Serpent, Dust and D Thanos. I’m pretty bad at the game I’ve spent for first quest 50-55 revives and for second 70-75.

I don’t like play Chavez and I forgot the last time I was playing werewolf. I also was thinking to pick Onslaught for Serpent and ranking up gladiator for dust in order to pick shatra for thanos

    I don’t think glad is the best option. Maybe shocker? But you should rank glad anyways.

    First image is for thanos, second is for dust and third one is for serpent.

    Onslaught for serpent. 5 revives max give or take. Heal full, then aim for one sp1 to sp2 before dying, then throw sp1s until you die. Quite easy.

    Dust is tough with anyone, it's a revive fest. Use shathra as she's your highest rank. Just deal max damage possible before dying

    Dthanos easy with Chavez even if you don't like playing her. He gets lot of fury so Chavez hits hard and can reduce fury potency so she can tank a few sp1. Or you can use hood if you're comfy using him.

    Thank you for the advice. There really isn’t much of a choice, but I still wanted to hear thoughts on it.

    Wolf is you only real option for serp.
    Shathra for dust and Chavez fo Thanos.

    We can't help you outside telling you what are the top options.

    If you can practice a bit, maybe you can lower the number of revives needed.

    Thanos -> Shatrah

    Dust -> Gladiator

    Serpent -> Onslaught or wolf

    Onslaught works really well against serpent. Definitely better than wolf imo. As he has great damage and against champs like serpent, damage is the best utility

    Never got to use slot vs him. You might be right.
    I guess skilled players can work with onslaught and inequity may play a part in it too. Maybe throw sp1s on block. I'd like to see a video or someone confirms it. It will help me help others plan thier runs. Btw, I have helped plan out wof, epoch and ordeal for many people.

    Dont take wolf lightly. He is a gem. I know people who used wolf for Q3 serp. Do the dance and spam sp2s. He definitely works.

    Gladiator for Dust. You can chain heavies, and his sp2 applies incinerates, which helps with keeping the Sand debuffs off.

    Chavez for Thanos. I hate playing Thanos, but that was my cheapest attempt with her. She deals massive damage. If your good with Shanthra, pick her though. I never could get the hang of her so I went with Chavez, who I play all the time. I think I used four revives, but my other attempts were like 30 and 20 on just Thanos.

    Thank you for the advice. I like wolf, but at the same time I don’t like him, because while he has good/a lot of damage he has no utility at all! (I don’t count a lil bit of regen and energy)

    Maybe with time I’ll mature and rank up wolf, he was in my first 10 7*

    Sounds like a plan. I was testing gladiator and he’s decent against winter soldier. Rank 1 kills him in 1.18 or 1.20. First attempt was with sp1 spam and whiffing attacks in sps (but I don’t think it will work quite good against dust) and second was only sp2 spam. I guess with gladiator it won’t so miserable as my second quest where I was playing phoenix and lost 25-30 revives on dust.

    Re Glad, against Dust you probably want that incinerate from the sp2
  • captain_rogerscaptain_rogers Member Posts: 13,451 ★★★★★
    Just use shathra against dust and deal as much as damage possible before dying.

    I used onslut. Great damage, you can block final hit of sp1 and heavy counter to pause it. Despair also shuts death immunity regen.

    I like wolfie but for some reason my sp2 never hit opponent when I chain it with medium combo ender.

    How many revives with onslot give or take?
    .
    You should ideally be unblockable when you hit sp2. The ruptures are nuts.

    I used onslaught for Serpent and wolf for dust. Cost me 3 revives each i think

    3 revives with full heals I used. You can do it in 2 if you don't fumble. Try to bait sp1 mostly.

    Good to know, I know a dude who soloed serp with his r4 wolf. So 1 or 2 revive should be fine with r3
