Need tips for starting act 5 please !!

This is my roster. I completed act 4 and got really really lucky in cav crystals and bought an offer for 6 star crystal. I wanna start act 5 now, so which champs will be helpful ? And which 5* do I need to rank up ?

Act 5 is not difficult (after the nerf). You can get past fine with your roster.
