If I get valiant in the middle of Heat Wave, do all the deals update?

If so, can I go back and buy the valiant tier 1 offer after purchasing both the paragon tier 1 and 2 offers?

    It may update the offers, but I don't know if it would update the tiers. You may still be on tier 3.
    Kabam has said repeatedly in the past that it is not intended to work where a deal or sale updates after a progression changes, however it consistently has. It's basically to cover their butts if it ends up not changing. Don't be surprised if it doesn't change, and also with this type of sale don't be surprised if only a portion of it changes.
    Either way, there's never a reason not to progress. You'll be better for being Valiant regardless. If things change how you hope they will, then you're doing even better.

    This. There's no guarantee, but it's always worth it to progress regardless. Kabam has stated a number of times they make no promises that you'll have access to both.

    If you bought something in the Paragon offer and then reach Valiant, the Valiant offers spawns and the Paragon offers is still available.

    See the offers are on the left side of image.




    If you did not buy anything on the Paragon offer, then I am unsure if both will be available simultaneously when you move up to Valiant.

    Edit: Also have no idea, if it always work this way for other offers.
