    My thoughts so far:

Damage: Looks great, non reliant on crits (standard for tech class), no one's immune to plasma, Maker's sig allows him to place an energy vulnerability, negating energy resist

Utility: Lots of utility, counter-evade into stun makes him viable for not only Onslaught, but Zola as well. Heal block on heavy is very reliable (though it's a debuff), prefights are useful as always, not just for Maker but for other champions as well. Neuroshock immunity, we finally have a neuroshock immune champion. He also looks like a good power controller, with suppression and power reroute (last seen on Bastion)

Defender: very limited uses as a defender. Though he has the mines and evade, they seem easy to play around.

Another engagement bait post. And I fall victim to it.

But I’m very excited for Maker - been asking for him to be added for ages! I love stretchy elastic powers!

    What exactly is he making?

After the Ultimate FF dissolved, he went insane, developed a god complex, and created a hyper-advanced city with himself as its ruler.

Seems to be that you need to block the sp2 in order to avoid the plasma mine damage of you go over it, but yeah beyond that not seemingly super tough on defense.

Be interested to see how he does in bgs, the rotation seems strong but if you can't get the fight finished with that sp2 it seems like you'd have to just keep hitting but beyond that his damage seems pretty solid

Well you could just deal as much damage using the mine before using the sp2 as a finisher

At least it’s a good one

Doesn’t seem like my style of champion (timers and heavy spam; traps). I was initially puzzled by the heavy ability, but realized it is purposefully there to make him an Onslaught counter.

I’m a little bummed that he doesn’t have anything like Mister Fantastic’s careful study. Having one of his utilities occur following the opponent’s specials would have maintained. connection with Reed. Because aside from the prefights, he seems more like a Tech Silver Sable.

He can also use it to counter Zola as well, plus unblockable opponents

Also about the special power drain, would Prowler's power drain after a special also be categorized as a special power drain? I saw this question on a comment.

    Looks really fun

Plus effective as well. With Mr Fantastic, you need 2 sp2s and a sp3 for max damage, and the Maker's is much shorter for short form content.

Of course not. Prowler has a passive ability, not a named effect lol

So if a defender is immune to power drain, they should be immune to special drain as well then

    Synergies are here.

Speaking of which, he’ll probably pair really well with Mr Fantastic, especially combining the Maker’s suppression and power reroute with Mr Fantastic’s suppression
