Battleground season 29 rank rewards missing

Is anyone else missing the solo rank reward for battlegrounds season 29?
I did receive an in game message for battleground alliance event but not the other one. I have reported the same to kabam support but no response as of yet.

There is no longer a solo event

I am not talking about the one with the milestones. I saw one of the youtuber getting a rank reward for his progress in battleground with message subject “BATTLEGROUNDS “ ( season completion rewards to be specific)

Is that the same? Or may be I misunderstood.

That was rank rewards for the gc

I finished in URU in gc and i haven't gotten my radiance yet, if that's what this is about.

Did you play at least 1 match in GC?

They went out last Friday. Did you play a match in uru? If you just get to GC and stop, that doesn't count unfortunately.
