Looking for help concerning a War Rating/matching question

- We ended Season 58 in t1
- First 4 off season matches were listed as t1 (we played on t1 map and got t1 per war rewards - won all)
- war 5 of off season, we are listed as t1, but match a t2 and play on t2 map (this is fairly common).. but we got t2 per war victory rewards (this part I actually don't know if that is normal?)
- we are now listed as T2 for the next (final) off season matching..
How? Why? Is there some explanation or is it a bug?
