Missing Units no response from Kabam

I’m missing units!!!!!
Logged in on Saturday night and I’m missing about 1200 units.
Logged a ticket immediately and received the automated email but nothing since.

You don’t have kids and 2 devices by any chance do you ? My kids logged in on my other phone and blew my stash on crystals. Had to submit a ticket to discover this mind. Maybe same for you ?
