I have no clue how to beat this BWCV. The strategy (if I'm not wrong) is to use people with petrify or heal reversal. I've tried literally every champion I own. I used Captain America IW with the tech synergy, HT, Void, and even Quicksilver in attempt to just burst damage my way out, but none worked. Even with void, when I have 2 petrifies, her healing isn't reversed, rather just stopped. Is there something I'm missing? When I saw NOOB's tutorial the BWCV just melted against void. But mine didn't work. Idk if it's because I used a 6 star and not a 7 star, or if I'm missing a mastery or something, but does anyone know a separate way to beat this BWCV? (BTW, I can't do any of the other bosses because im going for exploration)

Yes it does. It makes his debuffs occur much faster, which helps with getting petrify going and entering FoV going faster.
Try using Red Skull or another heal Block champion. Just used him to see if he's viable. I'd also imagine that QS is viable since he places slow on opponent at 300 momentum (which should take care of the annoying unstoppable and evade), and he has multi hit combos that can easier take away her Regen quickly when needed, and with despair, he should be able to hold that Regen on check since he places debuffs rather easily.
