Getting yourself a charge in raids

Is there a trick that guarantees that you build yourself your own charge in raids? I notice sometimes I build myself a charge so there must be something.

    Im pretty sure you get a charges for the corresponding role and 1 charge for the other. That 1 extra charge is probably from the person you get charges for.

    No, I get that. I mean sometimes you end up building yourself your own charge, and I'm asking if thats just chance or if you can intentionally cause it to happen

    You get a charge every other fight. So fight 1, everyone gets a charge. Fight 2, everyone still gets a charge. Fight 3 no one gets a charge, Fight 4 everyone gets a charge, Fight 5 no one gets a charge. So once you figure out where you are in the cadence, you can use one of the many team revives we got, go in and just die, then then full revive the next fight. I've been doing that myself for a long time.

    If you already have a couple of charges, you can tell where you are in the sequence because your number of charges won't change after you've done your fight if you were on a fight that gives everyone a charge.
