This month would only be Raid, but for my alliance it appeared for us to do alliance quest

Good afternoon,
It was said that this month would be Raid-only, but for my alliance, the update didn't go through, and it showed us that we had to do an alliance quest. Consequently, we weren't able to obtain the first week's token to exchange for the 7* champion selector at the end of the event.
I'd like to know how we can resolve this: will a token be given, or will the event be extended with the addition of a new token? I don't think it's fair to be disadvantaged, since it was clearly supposed to be a Raid-only month.
