Game stuttering/freezing since the update

Updated the game yesterday and noticed that the game would regularly (like every 10-15 seconds) stutter/freeze briefly at any point in the game- during a fight, outside a fight, in the menus, everywhere. Took a video of it happening in a fight. If the freeze happens to line up with a light attack, it makes me heavy attack instead.


I'm on PC. Haven't had this issue until immediately after I updated yesterday. Anyone else?
