Got message from alliance member said hulkbuster just regen from 15% to 40%. Similar to the rintrah issue from this week anyone else experience this issue

That's weird because that didn't happen till after the rintrah hot fix

Here, you can see it was in the last raids in June. People were upset about it then (though it was nightmare raids, which is obviously a higher level of difficulty).
