Ally looking for a solid, active player for AQ, Plat 5, NM Raids

I run an Alliance that as mentioned above is running all these alliance activities.
For AQ we run Map 8 with no mods.
For this month of July we are doing Nightmare Raids for the first time and plan to continue for the next 3 weeks. After that we may go back to Regular Raids or split up the BGs into those that can do Nightmare Raids and those that enjoy Regular Raids but nothing set in stone.
For AW we are Plat 5 but we approach War with a stress free mindset. Meaning we don't harp on deaths , we don't kick you out or call you out in front of everyone for deaths. We do however ask that you participate, help clear your assigned paths and help clear the Map
AW and AQ Maps must be completed 100% each and every time. Anything less is considered a failure and anyone slacking , not contributing or giving half assed participation will be asked to pick it up but if they fail to adhere then the player will be kicked out of the alliance. I personally do not like coattail riders or folks putting in minimal effort.
BGs is optional, you can put in 1 points or 300k it doesn't matter to us. We want BGs to be fun not frustrating.
We are a team and we believe in Teamwork, helping out one another if someone is stuck and doing our part to help each other receive the best rewards we can for said teamwork.
If you are looking for a relaxed, low key atmosphere but with the goal of good solid progress, solid activity and have solid comms when tagged or necessary to talk as a team or make a decision or help out. The. This could possibly be a long term Alliance home for you.

Line for comms
Prestige of 20k or higher
Roster: enough 7 stars and 6 stars ranked 5 to help make a solid Defense team
Must be 21 years of age or older
Have fun and have a good attitude to hang with some Marvel game fans.
