There's a pretty easy clue - it says no damage taken. Blocked hits or not, the game is going to record damage. They clearly have a mod that prevents them from taking damage. Report and press on

You‘ll see them in every, even slightly, competitive game/game mode. We can hope that the devs will fix it, but most likely this problem won’t be ever solved

Unfortunately cheating in games is something that really can't be solved no matter how hard you try. Cheaters find a way to do their thing. At least Kabam has been making strides. If they didn't start moving on this early in the life of BGs, there would be more cheaters active in the game mode than anywhere else in the game.

Totally agree that there are methods to bypass or at least have some "fun" until you get caught.
The frustrating part is when you are points away from reaching a milestone and being matched with such players.
At least we have the report button. Hoping action will be taken.
