Nightmare Raids Rewards

I have people needing to jump in today or tomorrow for Nightmare raids, but will they lose rewards from old alliance or get rewards from new alliance?

They will not get any rewards for the previous week or the next week. You need to be in an alliance 24 hours prior to raids starting to join, so they already can't participate for the coming week. If they leave their current alliance before rewards go out tomorrow (about 24 hours from now), then they won't get any of the rewards from this week.

Why did they set it up like this knowing AW season is currently running. Its common knowledge recruits need to be replaced or swapped out.

You had 2 weeks of off season to take care of that..

Simple this month only RIADS >>>>>> war This season for 90% of player base not because we are getting to choose Ultron or sinister but the rest of the awesome rewards for a fraction of a cost entire month that's 4 weeks. So it's easy to value your priority this month only.

AW season started 2 days after Raids month. Should have been locked in for both.

Because kabam wants people to make choices on what rewards benefit them more and can't double dip.
