Spiderman Supreme Raid Crashing/ Freezing

Every time i fight this Spiderman supreme raid boss my game just freezes out of no where and every time i restart he is back to full health and my champ is Ko’d and my revives just get wasted.

    The Champ i’m using is Count Nefaria as well, idk if it’s just him that keeps on crashing the game against him.

    I cannot sign in to contact KABAM?! I’m not allowed or permitted to send an email to KABAM because it signs me out, sends me somewhere else to sign in anden WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SIGN IN?! Nope that’s not it, that doesn’t work, how can I get hold of KABAM and email KABAM about ALL THE THINGS I NEED TO COMMUNICATE AND DISCUSS?!
    ITS NOT ME OR MY PASSWORDS, I AM ABLE TO SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT AND ALSO HAVE ZERO ISSUES LOGGING INTO THE SUMMONERS MARKET, YET IT SIGNS ME OUT AND WONT ALLOW ME TO SIGN IN TO EMAIL KABAM!?

    Same happened to me twice using Count. Had great damage going but after freeze lost my health and no health taken from defender.

    Same thing with me. Count nefaria with the critical armor boost. Wasted 3 revives already. Using a s23 ultra with android 15.

    According to support this is a known bug between nefaria and SM supreme.

    Also that bug summons a nefaria from another dimension, look at that belt:
