Because Quebec has unique laws regarding contest publicity,..requiring contest organizers to register and pay duties depending on value of rewards. The contest has to comply with the provinces contest regulations and advertising regulations,..so many companies “opt out”.
…something along those lines anyway.

I thought so too, but Quebec repealed that law in 2023. So there must be something else, or Kabam is unaware.

Actually, I was honestly confused as you initial post had bad grammar and capitalization that made it extremely difficult to comprehend, as seen by the first the first comment to your thread. And I'm going to assume you didn't just call someone autistic or on the spectrum and it was just a mistranslation on your part.

I found the word “Anatartica” to be the most difficult thing on this thread to comprehend if I’m being honest.
