Nightmare raids - issue with nefaria

Hi All

Is anyone facing issue in nightmare raids while playing with count nefaria?

My screen freezes after a minute and boom all is lost. Lost my revives, lost all damage and charges and disappointed my alliance.

Anyone in the same boat ?

Yes, same and I emailed support but many of my videos don’t go through as “proof”
I tried different devices, I have upgraded business class internet, so it’s not likely those issues.
And yes it’s disappointing the alliance because I’m a Planner and assigned him including for myself. Good times.

Same. Support says its a known bug and told me to pick someone else lol. Wasted so many revives.

It's on the trello board from June 6. Not sure why they would have gone through with having spidey supreme as a boss knowing one of the better counters to him in vanguard is bugged.

I guess its our fault for not keeping up with the latest bugs

Just wait and watch while spidey is raking havoc to my team

Oh, why didn’t we think of that, silly me… How do they suppose we change mid-fight and how does this address this bug?

I’ve gotten responses from support about how Raids is meant to make Alliances plan and work together etc., but changing a champion which requires defeating a defender that the champion is planned / meant to solo (because others brought champs who can’t, and meant for other fights) - but said champ can no longer work because of a reason outside our control and is clearly Kabam’s error - is very hard to plan or work together around.

A logical answer - seriously not sarcasm, it’s legitimately a logical outworking - is to the effect of
“well, Kabam always has bugs so plan for it”

Haha they told me this might happen for incursion so change the champ and I was like I am asking for raids.
Hope spidey is beaten and then we can change champs?

Is there anyway we will know the bug is fixed or not and if we can continue using nefaria ?

So it’s a known bug and it was still approved & added?!

It's been a big for more than a month now so I doubt it will be fixed during this raid. I just hope we get comped another revive set and the raid chests cuz my path is screwed.

Agreed. I’m on the left path where Spidey Supreme is the first defender and not defeating it means the Boss node has the degen making it almost impossible for my Alliance mates to complete.

Many others in this predicament stand to lose 1/4 tokens needed for the special 7* rewards with Sinister, etc.

These, due to a known error and approved & added.

I am on the left path too. And my alliance team is stuck.
Last raids I didn’t face any problem playing with nefaria.
I hope kabam compensates any of these losses.
