Tactician raids

Why is it that almost every raid week tactician players are always screwed with there champ options besides juggernaut nobody is really that of a good nuker, there where vanguard and assualt always have good options for every mini boss. In my opinion tactician need some better options for overall use

Last raid week it was manageable but having the tactician pool be 90% cosmic and then having 2 defenders that punish you for having buffs this week is rough. I haven't been able to contribute because of it

We are basically testing raids for them since the devs are probably not testing it...

I used to love playing my favorite Tactician (Venom) but not only him but the majority of them are absolutely SCREWED by these Nightmare RAIDS. It doesn't feel like any of this was planned out well.
