New game mode

It’s stupid and pure RNG no skill it’s 5 card draw basically. If you can parry and 5 hit combo you will win the fights. Trying to get the best “hands” as you can before being forced into a boss fight is all RNG, so even if you do incredibly well in the fights whether or not you get points is up to chance. Unless KaBaam wants to finally admit they’re faking the RNG.

And this is the 2* event? Why 2* why not 1* honestly I’d rather this be a 7* event so we can see the damage random 7* do instead of useless crud MASSIVE LETDOWN. I hope they fire the good idea fairy who came up with this, or atleast gives them paid gambling counseling.

I totally agree, the concept is good but the execution is pretty bad. The entire thing basically comes down to luck, so you're basically wasting your time (and energy) if you get bad rng.
Why not make it so you can pick champs to add to your squad after beating a fight, and giving us better / more options based on the fight difficulty or something. This could have easily been modified into a solid roguelike game where actual skill / critical thinking is required. Right now it's a snooze fest in my opinion.

I'm actually pretty pissed that the game WOULDNT let me do the 30/energy mode and I can't for the life of myself figure out why.

So I go in with the 10/energy mode... and OF COURSE I end up with this.

You've gotta do 2 to unlock the 30 energy option.

They should’ve made all the champs 7*R4 so we could see what they’re capable of, even champs that aren’t even 7* we would finally get a good preview and they’d hear our feedback better on who should be next 7* but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo 2* and nothing have fun gambling so stupid and pointless

That would have made this honestly impossible to do. We're giving out the 52 2*s, maxed out, and you can keep them. Obviously cannot do that with 7 stars, and doing it a different way would have made the mode infeasible to get in.

Will be collecting up and passing along feedback on the mode, but giving everyone 52 7*s is just not practical haha

It's fun and harmless enough in my opinion, though I quickly threw out my poker playbook and started chasing inside straights and kinda-flushes since those give you points here rather than befuddled looks at the poker table.

Maybe that requires so much more technical and code awareness that I have but that’s something I think most players would’ve preferred, find a way to let us play as them without giving them to us.

You could be trying for any hand and get nothing, while someone could pull the best right off the bat

I assume it's a game mode for the toilet tier players who aren't in top alliances or can't make it out of Uru.
