Cannot play without crashing disappointed in kabam

This is going to be my last post about this topic before I give up. Me and MANY other summoners haven’t been able to login to the game after the release of the new mode. We played for a few minutes, crashed, and have been met with the same message everytime we log on for over 24 hours and it’s still going, 
I understand that kabam can’t fix things with the snap of their fingers however, the lack of communication is getting infuriating. Me and many other summoners haven’t been able to play at all and the most explanation we have been offered is along the lines of “we don’t know what’s wrong, it might be related to your account, contact support.” If it were account related then there shouldn’t be a reason why it’s so widespread, you can check previous threads i’ve posted to see frustrated summoners facing the exact same issue as me. We haven’t had any announcements or acknowledgments to our issues and we don’t even know when we’ll be able to play the game again. I’ve been a supporter of kabam and the contest for as long as I can remember, but the lack on communication is utterly disappointing. Me and many others are feeling ignored by kabam and their lazy excuse of an explanation. Really hoping that kabam gets it together.
