Reward Selectors

Why do the reward selectors seem to skip Thronebreaker? It was such a struggle to get through Act 6 and almost makes it feel worthless when all you can do is select the Cavalier awards. Is there a reason for this?

    I recently started Act 7. But want to stock up on units and revives first.
