My fights are did not register!!

in Bugs and Known Issues
I fought moondragon in the current AQ raids twice when she was at 25% percent health , did one for max 12 percent , pushing her below 13% , for some reason the game did not detect internet and gave the loading for it , after it got normal , the moondragon had 25% hp again and my raid revive had been depleted , I did it again thinking it was a bug , could only do 9 % till 16% , the same thing happened. This has happened with me a couple more time but I didn't mind it , can someone please help me?

    Restart your game. I’ve been stuck in a loop of defeating the sane boss over and over until I restarted and did it again.
