Add mid raid?

Does anyone know if we can switch members in an alliance mode raid week? If we only have 9 people in a raid and bring in a new member can they join the raid?

    No, they need to have been in the alliance before the raid started

    That sucks. With the raid week ending a short time before the new week start, there is not time to switch members. Specially since they need to wait for the week rewards.
