How is Titania a Top Tier Champion?

I don’t know if I’m playing her correctly, but every time I use her it’s super underwhelming. I have her awakened ability too.

She was top tier champion indeed,
But then Kabam messed up their AI and now it's 50-50 chance if AI will throw it's specials during Titania sp3 loop

Surely Kabam will fix this issue, surely.

He's literally the best science in the game. Yes, above Photon, Titania, and Silk. Can't say for sure about torch because I don't have him as a 7*, so ham could be second best, but my point is, either way, this is one of the takes of all time

A champion who wasn’t nerfed by counters or nodes etc…. Nope, she was sent to the bench because AI started throwing SP3’s while inflicted with multiple intimidates and recently was given an even bigger window to throw it.

Her loop is pointless now
