Who should I take to rank 2?

Having trouble making a rank up decision. I just beat 8.4.6 and I am trying to push for Valiant. I need those Tier 4 Alphas.

I was thinking Sunspot, Juggs, or Jean Grey or Storm but I'm stumped on who to take up. Appreciate any help/comments.

    Out of those options Juggs but if you want someone who's crazy in act 9, rank up Adam Warlock

    Jean. Two way champ, anti-miss, daunted, big damage from both hit and DoT, deals with thorns-type stuff. Don’t listen to the Cav.

    Juggs is a luxury rankup. He’s a monster but he is shut down by any champ or node that puts non damaging debuffs on you. Wait and rank him when your roster is more developed. (And he’s duped.)
