NEED HELP !!!!

Here are my 5* and 6* champions. I can't even fight agent venom without 1 KO. Please suggest if my roster is good enough rn or should I upgrade any 5*s or 6*s ?

Of the 6stars rank up hercules hit monkey and ultron. For agent venom no retreat node you can bait out heavy dash back first hit then counter before second hit. Use champs with highest damage. Use Human torch for boss sabrtooth
