Destroyer power gain?

Any suggestions to counter destroyers power gain for raids? It's insane can barely get any damage in

Push to his SP2 don’t let him throw SP1

Yeah, just complete missions and the raid boon is wither so he doesn't get any power

98% of raids issues would be solved by people just doing their missions

Also luke cage reverses his power gain on his own. Even without the wither it just went backwards. I basically soloed the destroyer on our path.
