Battlegrounds Pause Abuse = Gifting Abuse

This is my first post so, hey all 
Back in the day, Kabam banned those players who abused the gifting system by creating dummy accounts to gain advantage over other players. This was considered as an "unintended exploitative behaviour" even though the game technically allowed you to exploit it. This shows that Kabam punishes people who abuse the system to gain advantage in any way, which is good in my point of view.
Same goes for battlegrounds pausing. Game allows you to do it, but it is not intended. You are expected to be playing the match, not stall it. Allowing this ruins the gameplay, fun, sportsmanship, and to be fair; it punishes people who play the game in accordance with sportsmanship. Especially in this meta, people with the lack of a good roster and proper counters are going wild ,even in higher tiers to get rewards.
I remember there was a discussion about it, sth like going in to mainscreen or pausing is considered same behaviour by game client or the operating system, whatever. It is logical to limit the BG pause to 15 secs. as many players suggested already.
I think Kabam officials should send a message both in-game and in forums if this is considered cheating or a reason to get banned. I tried to search the forums about an official statement from Kabam and failed to find it. Apologies if there is already a statement, I would appreciate if anyone shares a link to it.
Ps : For those who believe that exploting, abusing or in an other worda, being a total jacka.. is being smart or strategic is just pathetic. I am personally winning over those people so keep your "get good" comments to yourself. I am just so bothered to see people trying to be smart by doing it and prefer those people to be punished and gotten rid of for a much more fair playerbase.

Kabam has said in the past that they were looking into ways around pausing, but determined nothing feasible to be reasonable. They have since (years ago) stated that, while not playing the game doesn't fit within the spirit of the contest they do not consider it cheating and do not view it as an exploit to gain an unfair advantage. Case closed.

Don't tell me to draft counter, its rng, People are drafting 3 armor defenders either way if you have a counter or not.
It is a pause Meta, I personally don't care enough to pause, but truth is people are doing it rigorously.
In 99% of the other metas you would be right.
Your 99.9% assesment is based on what? Previous metas? I'm seeing people moving up in the competetive mode because of obviously exploting it against fair players. In previous metas, pausing was not efficient so abusers were not using it this much and move up. I am currently in mysterium bg. This was not the case while I was moving up. It has spiked in the current GC meta, which takes away the fun.
What I'm saying is exploting is exploiting, regardless of the rewards or the mode. And sth needs to be done to prevent that. I enjoy the mode because it is competetive and in the past few days i see people with this kind of behaviour is increasing, it is against the soul of competition.
BG is the only mode i am interested in playing because playing against skillful players with deep rosters is super fun. RN, I am playing against abusers. It definitely is not fun, and is happening because Kabam could not adress this issue.
And you are welcome to hunt down the statements from both Kabam Miike and Kabam Jax on your own. This argument has been dead since 2023 and there's no extra effort that needs to be put into defending or defeating it. You're welcome to put in the work if you want to.
They've said it's not exploiting, so therefore it is not. Thankfully this garbage meta will be done soon.

Simple as that, quit blaming pausers
Plus blame Kabam for re introducing one of the most hated BG meta because, " something something, we're too lazy to get creative."
The main purpose of pausing is to provide several seconds for you to yell at whoever is giving you grief for playing too much MCOC to leave you alone.

But, as you can see, people will mock you by saying you cant do more than 15k
