Which 7* to rank up?

I just got to Paragon yesterday and am finally thinking about taking a few 7* to R2/R3 given I have better access to t6 catalysts right now. I have a 7* rank 2 to 3 gem and thinking about who to invest in to use it on.

My current 7* roster is Storm X Pyramid, Luke Cage, Ebony Maw, and Crossbones. Not the best (I think). Should I get any of these to r3 or should I wait? Thanks!

    Put that luke cage up to r3, he will be extremely helpful in alot off content, shuts down all mystics and 90% off other champs, stops power gain completely, extremely tanky, will power through story content for quicker progression, just a solid champ
