Corvus not getting K.O.'d on special knockdown

Noticed this in the side quest. He maintains his charges and gets back up even though that's not what is supposed to happen (or how it has ever happened). Here's a video in practice mode, just to ensure it wasn't limited to the side quest only.

    Absolutely incorrect. He has always been K.O.d when knocked down by a special that would do enough damage regardless of how many charges he has left. Whether it is currently a bug or a weird correction of an issue they've let slide for years, he is working differently.

    @Furrymoosen You need to time that special attack in such a way so that before the last hit of the special, he has 0 charges or glaive immunity is disabled.

    He is behaving differently - it used to be that the charges would be removed just before the damage was registered, so any champ hitting him with a knockdown at low health would KO him. Now it’s changed.

    Not sure if the change was intentional, or which was intended originally - doesn’t *really* matter lol. But it has changed.

    Yup. The way he works has changed. I noticed it last month iirc. Was planning to make a post but didn't.

    I can only assume you haven't been playing terribly long. Once again, you are incorrect. It has always worked where a heavy or special knockdown that would K.O. Corvus would successfully do so regardless of how many charges he has. The order of operation has changed and it is no longer behaving as it has since he released.

    Seems like it could almost be another Moleman moment where it is a correction to fall more in line with kit wording, but done years later when they shouldn't even bother.

    Well then we might be in for a quick fix once players start exploiting that.
