RAID EXPLORATION BUG & THING BOSS BUG

This keep happening to our alliance we did 100% exploration in previous 2 raid but because of this it shows 95% and we didn't get the 100% exploration reward. Please help. And the thing boss boon is incorrect I hope they fix it or we'll lose the token and 30 player's effort for whole month is wasted .

    Did you have 9 people each take DIFFERENT Role paths ?

    Or are those 2 shown still not taken by anyone.

    Just beating all opponents does not mean 100% if some Role paths were not taken (can’t tell if those are explores or dashed).

    All paths were taken , see the ss the gaps between nodes where lines were cut caused this

    Guys trust me it happened that's why I'm asking for help , I reached valiant recently I completed enough quests to know what exploration means. 🙁

    Then show us screenshots of the whole map. If you're really right then we will all be on your side.

    My bg finished left and right paths as well as boss Thing. Middle path is at their 3rd defender and our paths show these gaps before and after the role boost nodes.

    What did you receive from opening your final boss chest?
    He implied that he hasn't gotten to that final chest yet because of the thing boss bug.
