Greater Gifting Crystals

Hello,

An alliance member and I exchanged greater gifting crystals within minutes of the event going live. I see a lot of posts & videos about you guys releasing the 2016 crystals instead of the 2017 ones. Also that your sending the people who bought them whatever they bought back but the 2017 ones.
Can you assist with the request???

    It goes by when you opened them too. If you exchanged them and immediately opened them within the first 15 minutes then you should contact support. If you just exchanged them and opened them later then you have no claim as they fixed the crystals after about 15 minutes.
