Epoch run progress lost

I have just completed a path 4 minutes ago and somehow lost my progress after beating the boss, Ares. I'm confused as to why this happened and if it's even my fault. I spent a lot of revives and units trying to clear the path, and I don't know what can be done about it. this just happened and i'm posting it on here because i don't know how to contact support.

I also created this forum account today. Please, I need help in any way possible because I can't save another month for the amount of revives needed. This is the only time I did this path without spending and saving for the revives.
