First Rank 4! Who to Rank?

Hey everyone, I recently explored 9.2 and can R4 my first champ. This recent titan pool was very kind to me as I pulled spider woman twice in a row then I got Okoye twice in a row. I also recently duped Chavez and Serpent. I really enjoy Shang Chi but don’t know if I want to R4 him unduped. Photon is in a similar boat. I have good options so it just depends on who sees the biggest benefit from R4.
