Awakening gem on galan or save it for fantman

Just pulled galan. I wanna use the ag on galan but I don't get the point of the small burst damage the awakening gives that scales on base attack. Does the burst make a difference?

    Galn sig gives you extra buffs on dupe and at Sig 60 or something. It's quiet impactful for speed.
    Fam sigs doesn't increase attack. It gives him resistance to bleed and incin + damage cap.
    Galan sig 120
    Fant sig 200
    I'd rather use it on fant.
    Both works unduped for story.

    no he needs sig 200 for best defensive value and reducing duration of bleeds and incins, his healing at sig 200 is also much better than at sig 1
