Finished shatter mode twice with thing and it isn’t registering.

    Hey @Mqc19 I think this should now be fixed for you, should see the first objective ready to claim, and 1 progress in the 2nd step

    This also just happened to me. Finished the fights. Put in the mastery points. Game closed. No rewards. Please help

    I have completed chapter 2 in doom cycle. It didn't count and now keeps re-iterating 2 attempts wasted. Any idea why? I couldn't enter chapter 3 .

    So you didn't hit save then? That would be your issue.

    Never mind. It was on the mini so it won’t be linked to this account. Still lost the mastery progress and the complete a path rewards never worked on the following entires through

    I bought the $0.99 deal. Not that expensive for 15 entries. Although I'm only at Chapter 5, I suspect people have had a better time than me.

    Yep I've just done a solo completion of shatter woth only torch and no objective complete @KabamPinwheel

    Okey doke folks, if youre having issues with the objectives please reach out to our support team. Seems like this issue requires us to look at your individual account so if you contact support they can dive in and take a look at whats up for your specific account and help get you sorted as soon as theyre able to sort it. Because this issue isnt universal cant say exactly how long it will take but support will know best.

    Same here. I m not even getting this loading page. Jus exits as soon as I click start.

    So does this mean, we have to reach out to support each time if the objective is not complete? I did 2 full runs of the shatter mode and only 1 out of 16 runs registered for the objectives.

    I have now played shatter mode 4 or 5 times i am interchanging between all champs to get a run through with them for the objectives thing has not registered once and the other three champs work here and there.
    I have spent money on dimensional arcade tickets just for it not to work. Disappointing

    It’s not still showing less runs complete then I’ve done. Ticket is open and no response yet.

    I did a full run of shatter mode using only torch today and got objectives for using Thing instead of Torch
