New alliance forming to grow to platinum

Hey all. We have a plat 3 alliance with a bunch of great players and have decided to start a new alliance as a "sister" alliance to our main. It will include a mix of higher end players and new players that want to grow their acccounts and learn from established players. Hit me up if you are interested. The alliance will run
AW- assigned lanes for ease (obviously very easy wars to start)
AQ- likely 4,5,6 to start so everyone can play.
Raids- regular, regular, nightmare (for the more advanced players)
BGs- no minimums.
If anyone wants a place to grow or a place to go to semi-retire and enjoy the game with great people send me a message.
