Mr Sinister can take bleed damage from Cheeilth?

Ive tried getting results from other bleed champs and cant seem to replicate it. What am I missing between their interaction?

Sinister reduce bleed damage by 100%. Cheelith's ability let her to do bleed damage over 100% (yeah it's little stupid instead of increasing the bleed damage they increased bleed potency%) so Sinister will take damage against cheelith

Same applies if a defender has viscous. Increased potency will go above his 100% reduction
