Since the game got released on steam. is steam wallet another payment method now?

I mainly play on my phone but since its on steam and you can still purchase items. Can you use your steam wallet balance to pay for it?

I don't spend but if this is the case It would be easier to "spend" on the game since I get steam wallet balance relatively quick cause of the games I play
