Phantom DOT damage

I’m this months showcase
All the champs are hammering me with DOT damage even if I don’t get hit ….
Like in this fight against kingpin
2,000 damage per tick kills ya off pretty quick
I don’t see and degen icon or anything
Unless I’m Missing something here ?
