Enchantress SP2 effects failing

Currently in a necro run for the gods challenge and have found out the hard way that enchantress' sp2 isn't refreshing her spells
Have tried this in practice mode without any nodes as well and sp2 isn't refreshing spells and also doesnt appear to be doing increased damage or regen.
Without the spell refresh, increased damage and regen from the sp2 her utility and damage on attack is extremely nerfed
