Heal on Zola's SP3 underpowered in incursions

Sometimes when using Zola's SP3 in incursions, the heal drops to about 4-8 hp a second. This happens against various enemies and on any node, regardless of modifiers or lack thereof. It is not happening after getting stunned.

Does it have to do with this symbol?

I'm pretty sure that it the low-powered self-repair was not happening after a stun, but I was also trying to take a screenshot to report the issue, and maybe I am missing something here.

That symbol is the symbol for when cascade defense (or whatever the stun after especially hack is) timer is done, and you can stun again after a special. So it shouldn't have anything to do with Zola's sp3 heal.

Can you upload a video? I didn't have any issues with Zola's heal, but I only have used him for about nine fights total.

I've never recorded gameplay before. I'd be willing to, but I'm not sure how to do it to be honest.

You notice how those Regens (and Armor Breaks) are basically not expiring? Every time you use Zola’s sp3 in a quest, all subsequent uses have the base duration of the Regen and Armor Breaks tripled, to a max of 540 seconds on the 4th use. That’s 9 whole minutes.

You’re finding that the Regen is underpowered because it’s restoring all of your missing health over 9 minutes, which is obviously a minuscule amount of health gain per tick. It’s an intended counterbalance to stop Zola from constantly getting full health bar heals throughout the quest, if you use sp3 too many times the Regen starts taking an impractically large amount of time to do anything meaningful.

(And yes, if you didn’t know, a full Incursions run counts as one single quest, even as you keep going up zones and going to a new map. This is why Persistent Ramp champs and Cross-Fight buffs like Aegon and Odin pre-fights are so valuable in Incursions instead of being useless.)

iPhone or Android? For Android, there's usually a swipe down menu that has screen record. Or you can search screen record and it will pop up.

That makes perfect sense! Yeah, I was definitely very willing to use the self-repair as often as it would work, but I did not understand that it was set up to have diminishing returns . Very good to know.
