There is a possibility of getting a beyond GOD tier Invisible woman buff in near future and when that comes they will sell the 7* in dual track or other way and we can't even complain as they will just say you had your chance, but you didn't select her.

Well that aside would you choose her if you have all others and your sinister is duped?

    She can always be buffed. Just not until after x23 buff is done and in game. Works the same way summoners choice champs work.
