Yeah that’s what I was pointing out in the title. Wasn’t sure if they tried to combat the issue with a “75% evade reduction” and just didn’t give us pursuit passive or something…but he’s evading like crazy

Mr Fantastic's Evade ability is (depending on your viewpoint) interestingly/weirdly resistant to accuracy reduction.

Falcon's -100% AAR, for example, doesn't touch it.

I'm no expert, but based on the fact that a lot of other weird interactions are explained by the order in which things happen, I suspect that this is because the -100% DAAR from Lock-on is applied to Reed's base chance to Evade (0%) and it doesn't appear to affect the additional 5% per debuff.

It would be interesting if the -75% chance to Evade node place by Kabam to 'help' worked the same way...

5% in kabam defender math, means he will evade 95% of the time
