Dazzler doesn't need R4.
An R3 Dazzler can kill any R4 defender with her SP1-SP2 rotation.
And if she can't, it's because there is some roadblock that being R4 and 20% extra attack won't help with.

This sums it up well. Dazzler is fine at R3, and I definitely wouldn’t rank her unawakened.

I’d rather have both at rank 3 than one at rank 4 and the other at rank 2 regardless of whether it’s okoye or dazzler. They’re both great
