Tried submitted a ticket but kabam doesn’t recognise my username and password despite it working in game and in other areas of kabam.

Getting the error “ID_SERVER_BUSY”} after defeating final boss. In doing so I lost my entry tickets and the 10 mastery points. This also didn’t count towards the first defeat boss with a certain champion objective.
