Yelena Attacks in Elimination Mode Not Counting as Guaranteed Crits for the Black Panther Relic

As stated in the title. Yelena isn't getting the benefits for Guaranteed Crits from the BP Battlecast relic once she enters Elimination Mode. She doesn't gain Cruelty from the Innate or get additional burst on Crits from the Rune. I've attached screenshots to demonstrate the issue.

Mid-special in Elimination Mode, no Cruelties and no burst beyond her own Bleeds:

    That's why they will replace them with statcasts and sell em to you. They made them way too complicated for them or us or both to understand.
