Shatter mode question

So to get all the rewards from milestones for shatter mode, we need to do it like 59 times ? So can this be done FTP or is this forcing us to buy the tickets for energy ?

If you've been running it since the beginning, you'll have 84 entries in total. You only need 67 to explore story and then do the 59 shatter runs. I believe we've also gotten eight runs worth of tickets in comp, so that gives you 92 entries total.
If you're just now starting, then you will have to spend a little bit.
