Did not receive Twitch drops

Same I never received any of my drops. Im 100% sure I did everything correctly so it really frustrating to not get them after spending the time to watch. I submitted 2 tickets and still no response from anyone.

I would give them at least the weekend, they’re humans too and who wants to work the weekends? If you don’t hear anything by Wednesday then I’d be further submitting something.

Further update: twitch drops received, apparently one of the twitch drops never went through, which likely held up everything else. Thanks Chris with kabam support!
